    Hi Hailee!
We decided to postpone. Date has changed to 8/28. We had a lot of out of town guest coming in, and our parents. We just didn’t want to risk it. Our venue and vendors were all supportive, and we were able to postpone without any extra fees.

    Hey ladies,

So far, my fiancé and I haven't postponed yet due to COVID-19. We live at the Jersey Shore and our state is pretty much shut down right now, curfew and everything. I already reached out to my venue and they told me so far they're only postponing March and April weddings, nothing for May or June just yet, they're trying to wait it out to see what happens. I am getting super stressed out and nervous about it. My wedding dress fitting was cancelled, so I'm waiting for them to reopen so I can go to that. I got laid off from my job, so I'm struggling on trying to figure out how I'm going to pay for the rest of what I owe. And I've been trapped in my house for over a week now, going a little stir crazy, LOL.

I do think, however, if we are to postpone, we will still get married on our original date with just immediate family, and have the big party later. It's about us, not the party. And if it happens, we will send out a letter to everyone explaining the postponement, I don't want to spend more money on invitations.

I hope everyone else is doing okay during this time, remember, this too shall pass. God is in control, He's got this. God Bless. ❤️

I'm so sorry!! I understand why you did it. So far, we haven't postponed yet. Trying to play it day by day. I would HOPE your venue and vendors wouldn't make you pay any extra fees!! It''s not your fault what's happening!

Is anyone considering still getting married on June 5 but maybe rescheduling the celebration? Being in a LDR is making the postponement decision extremely difficult for us.

Supposed to get married June 7th, havent even mailed the invites yet because things seem so uncertain. Is anyone else struggling? Keeping the early June date?

So we have postponed our date to August 6th, but still going to get married on June 5th with immediate family only.
