Hello everyone getting married on August 5
I have a question
if you are getting married outside reception is under roof but it’s an open space How are you handling the heat situation (I live in Florida)

Hey Elizabeth
There are a couple of things you could do to help guests feel more comfortable during your outdoor ceremony. You could have some hand held fans which guests can use to cool themselves down. Some couples getting wedding programs made as fans which is a great idea! Secondly, have some ice cold water readily available so guests can stay hydrated.
Will the reception be indoors?

Those are great ideas!!!! The reception is not indoors, the area has a roof but it’s all open

I went to a venue like that and they suggested fans with water misters... not sure if it's a great option but worth looking into.
