Cost Break Down? What is yours?

Originally our budget was $3,500.. right now we are at $4,000 for 7 guests on the beach in Hawaii at sunrise.

Hair and Makeup (w/trial session): $292

Nails: $36

Airbrush Tan(to fill in tan lines): $50

Dress(w/alterations): $1,044

Dress Accessories: $250

Wedding Planner, minister, permit, leis: $524

Bouquet: $80

Ceremony Decorations: $90

Guitar Player: $100

Videographer: $800

Photographer: Free! (one of my friends is an amazing photographer)

Cupcakes: $150

Luau reception (at Paradise Cove): $800

I know there are so many people that are very anti wedding planner, but in Hawaii, there are a lot of restrictions on what you can do on the beach during a wedding and the permit processing is almost impossible.

We may cut out the videographer though to cut costs. :/ Not sure yet...

Our budget is $20,000 max. We are pretty much there already

Venue- includes ceremony location fee, venue for reception, food, drink and all that goes with: $12000

Photographer/Photo booth: $2200

Officiant: $395

DJ: $1200

Dress was bought by mom but was $1500

Cake was bought by mom but will be about $800

Honeymoon $2000 (just flights but hotels were paid for already as gift)

Invites: I am designing and printing so hope to keep under $150- mainly stamps

still need to book DOC, the few florals we need (pretty much just bouquets), BP gifts, get the tux, hair/makeup, decorations, and I'm sure a million other things!
