Corset, girdle or just plan bra??

PhillyReally, on April 25, 2014 at 7:17 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 27

Is it a must you wear a girdle or corset with you gown??

I want to avoid anything right so that'll I'll be as comfortable as possible... My stomach is flat to the pint I don't think I need a girdle or corset. I think I'll be fine if I just wear a GOOD bra .... Suggestion and opinions needed!!!

I got a "good" davids bridal bra when I bought my dress. I got Double Ds and I was amazed at how light weight and non-constricting the Bra was and held the girls up! Lol

No I dont. I could look the next time Im at my sister's house since my dress and all my accesories are there. And its a strapless bra/ coresett I'm guessing? It came down to my wasteline and smoothed me out.

I thought about wearing spanks but I honestly dont need it. I also bought a slip to wear under my dress. My consultant was maddd cool and really hooked me up. I bought everything she put on me that day. I spent $700 in accessories!

I had bought a bustier but decided to go without it after my final dress fitting. I've got cups in the dress so I'm good to go!

I have the same thing as LavenderJoy. I guess it's like a bustier. But, it holds everything in and perks everything up, if ya feel me! It costs $80, but very worth it in my opinion.

The ONLY thing I'm wearing under my dress is my garter, and sexy panties. Nothing else required...

Girdles/corsets are not required. I think you should do what is more comfortable and but also flattering with your dress. I purposely got one that flows and hides my stomach a bit so that way I don't have to wear a tight girdle. I plan to wear some sort of bra to push the girls up because they are small but I do that on an almost daily basis so I'm used to that.

My absolute (and only) favorite strapless bra is Victoria's Secret Fabulous. It is sooo comfortable, stays in place, does a fantastic job of holding the girls up and is low cut enough that it doesn't show. I recommend this one to everyone!!! It's about $50 or so but it's so comfortable, i wear it not just when I need strapless!

I got a longline bra from DB. It's probably the same one LavendarJoy has, it cost me about $70.

Amy, does the Fabulous hold up DDs?

No bra required with my dress - I was lucky to not have to spend extra money on that. If you don't need a corset with your gown but have to wear something, just wear a good bra. You will probably feel more comfortable.

My dress dips down in the back. I just got one of those backless silicon bras from Victorias Secret. I'm a B cup and it gives me awesome cleavage Smiley winking

I am going to wear a long line bra or some shape wear to make everything look smooth.
