Contact Sheet - help!

I'm not sure what this is...is it for the wedding day? Or is it something you put on your website?

It's for the wedding day; it's basically a list of numbers for the event coordinator to call if they need to speak with the caterer, photographer, etc. to avoid having them call and stress me out in the days leading up to the wedding. lol. Sorry I was unclear!

Baker, photographer, dj, officiant, caterer

Any company used for linens or set-up, getaway car, hotel (if using a shuttle from one) the venues main contact.

Ohh okay!! I understand! I guess I would just have every vendor that will be a part of my day on the list! DJ, Photographer, Hair person, Makeup person, Officiant, Florist, etc...and then add the people who are going to be fielding any questions like your MOH or your mom!

That's a really good idea. If it's a page on your website than everyone could get it from their phone.

Thanks, everyone. I'm trying to get together a binder (or packet of info) for my day of coordinator, and I wanted to be sure that I didn't forget anything and/or or anyone.
