Who is supposed to control the flow of the wedding? Like who moves the crowd and makes announcements. Who did you assign this job or did you hire someone for this task?

Keep in mind most DOC will help a lot more than the day of, ours did the walk through and has been available for calls on other advice. Our last call, last week, ended with him taking the reigns on all vendors from here on out (gulp giving up control). Just something to think about when investing in this pro...

The DOC had control of the event and the DJ made announcements as needed.

@Maya I'm in hampton and found an independent coordinator for $500. I think her regular price was 550. She only been in business a couple years but has a few good reviews up here
