Color decor help!

Jannie, on February 20, 2020 at 6:42 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 8
Hey guys!

So for my wedding I want to do a rustic theme exactly as shown in the pictures as that is my venue and I had picked my bridesmaids to wear Bellini from Davids Bridal.
I wanted my groom to wear navy blue but once he tried on suits none of them looked nice as if he was getting married. The only suit he completely fell in love with is attached. Its grey with black which I did not want for my beach/rustic wedding.
Should i change my bridesmaid colors? Should i change my decor colors? What do you guys think will help my colors with his suit so it wont clash. Its his wedding as well lol so I wanted him to get something he really loved.. The groomsmen are wearing white shirts with same pants and a Bellini colored tie.

I personally think it won’t clash! It’s largely a light gray suit and I think that would be neutral enough

For the rustic vibe, id go full grey with the suit. The black trim kinda gives off a different vibe and is more harsh IMO. We are going rustic as well, the grooms party is wearing a light grey suit pant & vest with white button down and bow tie. Smiley smile

Tie and shoes can be black! He could also have a black pocket square, or the ribbon around his boutonnière could be black.

The jacket kinda looks like a Valet with the black trim Smiley atonished

I agree on the black trim giving off a different vibe. I'm having a rustic wedding with the groom/groomsmen in blue suits and similar floral/decor! It's a Texas wedding and not super formal so the groomsmen won't be wearing ties, only the groom. I think grey is completely fine with peach but I'd find suit that is only grey. The black would look off with peach ties.

The suit is already brought because its the only one he fell completely in love with and thats the only thing hes asking in the wedding and I wanted to make him part of it. Im trying to find other ways to incorporate the black in my rustic theme. I found this color as well, do you think it would be better? Color decor help! 6
