Cocktail Tables

Desiree, on December 7, 2019 at 11:42 AM Posted in Style and Décor 0 2

Ladies,

After doing tour #2 of our reception venue yesterday, we are potentially changing our table set up. Due to our growing reception party, we are now considering high/low cocktail tables instead of the larger rounds like we had originally planned. This does make more sense considering the space, but this means I need to completely reconsider the décor. My original centerpieces were much larger with these round tables, so do you all have inspiration for smaller high/low cocktail tables? Have any of you done this set up?

We are having a springtime wedding, and are incorporating live flowers. I'll post pictures to show you allSmiley heart I know one small detail we'll probably be including will be small Star Wars figurines for FH. It's going to be his small touch on the reception Smiley heart

My cocktail tables will be white linens, like this, and loosefitted (not spandex) most similar to this pictureCocktail Tables 2

If any of you have had this set up, what were some of the pros and cons?

Thank you guys Smiley heart

Just do shorter vases or you can do a trio of vases with floating candles/flowers underneath. This will be simple and allow space for people to place their plates and drinks still.

    Hey Desiree!

I think you could still do your arrangement, but a smaller/ taller version if that makes sense? That way they would take up less surface area!

Here are some inspiration pictures from Pinterest! You could add some candles votives and figurines also.
