So we finalized our caterer yesterday but they don't really offer appetizers or a craker/cheese trays so I've actually been eyeing trail mix bars lately and am thinking about doing a well stocked area for people to snack on before dinner. Do you think this will be enough to tide them over for about 45 minutes after the ceremony but before dinner? Our caterers were more then happy to do all set up and keeping it replenished but said they don't provide the items so that part we would DIY with my DOC. honestly....good or bad odea?
