My fiance and I thought we wanted tungsten rings because we have very active lifestyles... And then we fell in love with classic gold bands! We're looking for an affordable place to buy beveled, white gold rings.

We've tried all the big name stores already and aren't thrilled with the prices, but they come with better warranty. We like the affordablity of online ring makers and their other amenities, but warranties are mostly 1-5 years. Any advice is much appreciated!

Also, any advice about karat choice? We're not sure if going for 14k rings is necessary, when 10k gold is so much more affordable.

I assume you are wanting yellow gold? Because if you want white gold, they can make tungsten white gold lookalikes.
Try Paramount Jewelers, Sales, or Etsy maybe?
As for 14k vs 10k, I've heard 14k is softer and scratches easier.

I would check out James Allen. We bought FH's band from there. I signed up for their email list and about 2-3 weeks after that they sent us a 25% off coupon so we got his ring at a great price.

I agree with Etsy!! Check them out and most sellers will warranty their stuff and 10k is just harder, more durable. No difference to the naked eye! So have it...whatever works for you guys!

We just picked up FH’s ring last night. It’s stainless steel, beveled edge, looks just like white gold. Durable as it gets, and less than $125 including lifetime protection plan from Zales.

In case you wanted to see-- here's my square profile rose gold 1.5mm ring. Pretty perfect for my tastes and no complaints and it's perfect alone or paired. I got 18k and didn't really do any research on that end.

I originally got my band from Bario Neal, where my husband got his, and they didn't have the thickness I needed.
