Church exit help!

I love the idea of ribbon wands. You could also have your guests ring little bells.

We skipped this. We thought it was not necessary and very...1990? Ribbon wands would work, but other-wise maybe glow sticks? Though its likely going to be daylight.

We didn't have a huge exit. We felt it was weird to do an exit from the church only to show up at the reception!

I really enjoy seeing those exit photos, so I am interested in doing it. Just have to find the right props for a great picture.

Could you do bird seed by any chance?

I know you said you can't throw anything, which is a little weird, but I remember a wedding I was at had people open little envelopes and butterflies flew out. Not sure how they went about that, or even how much something like that would cost, but it was really pretty and I've never seen anything like that again.

That is actually very cruel to the butterflies and many of them die in the envelope. I would not recommend this.

Like I said, I don't know how they went about it. I haven't really researched it, just mentioned something I'd seen done. Thanks for the feedback though!
