I have been seeing that some people choose their wedding day if it is a significant date (anniversary, first date, etc.) How did you guys choose your date?

My anniversary is Jan. 17th. Our wedding is 10.18 this year. Different dates but one's more important then the other. Up to you beautiful

We had chosen August 9, 2020 as our wedding date to have a summer wedding which happens to be my grandfather’s birthday. We realized that a little later. It would have been cool to celebrate our wedding on his birthday. Unfortunately We had to change it bc of Covid. So we got married on 4/11/21 bc I wanted to get married sooner than waiting another full year and it is great bc it is nice to celebrate our anniversary in the spring where there is not a lot of people around. It is up to you on how you pick your date and why.
