How did other brides successfully decide on a color scheme? Was it through your florist?

I would love to see how that looks. If you don't mind would you please be able to upload a picture of your tablescape?

Hi there! we didn’t have a traditional wedding so we didn’t have tablescapes, seating arrangements, cake for cutting, bouquet or garter toss. instead, our wedding was a casual boozy brunch wedding dance party during the daytime and people were barely in their seats with the eating, beverages and dancing. so we put effort towards adorning our industrial venue with small mismatched vases with florals, my and my best lady’s bouquets and other arrangements, a focal point of greenery with our disco ball and beneath, our rug where we stood for our ceremony from which the colors were determined, and some signage. i’ve provided a pic of our stationery which includes the schedule of the day (the schedule was the only thing on our tables aside from the florals).
we had our best man and best lady in navy and white, had our immediate families also wear navy to have them included since we didn’t have most wedding traditions.

You're not the only one without a theme! I can't be bothered; I just want to have a big party that everyone will remember. As far as colors, I decided early on that I wanted the guys in navy blue suits. I let my maid of honor and one bridesmaid decide what color dress they liked by trying on dresses at David's Bridal. My other bridesmaid is 2500 miles away, so we needed a place that would have the same color no matter where the dress was purchased. They chose wine, and I'm okay with that, and they can each choose whatever style they like best.

I decided the groom and groomsmen's color, which is navy blue. For my MOH and bridesmaids, originally I wanted burgundy because I love the color. The other day, we went to check out bridesmaids' gowns and they decided they like wine better. I like it too, so no big deal. I will tell the florist what I want for the bouquets. I'm not having floral centerpieces or any extra flowers.

Mine changed due to the inclusions of your venue. They included the carpet aisle runner and the chairs/tables/linens etc. So my color scheme was going to be Lemon Yellow & Peach (So sad this couldn't happen...) but my venue included red everything - So red it was! Smiley heart
