Children RSVP card

Aren't the suppose to write names on the line? And they can initial meal choice. Done

We decided on a set amount of children we are inviting along with their parents

On invites we are saying something along the lines of:

We have reserved seating for __ adults and ___ children

On the wedding website we specify on how to RSVP

I sent a message to WPD so hopefully they can add a line at the bottom for a note regarding kids meals and maybe even put a line for the number of kids meals needed. I'm also having them add a line to initial for meal choice. I really hope it doesn't look too cramped with information.

Typo- shouldn't it be "mark" instead of "make"

I think you need to put a line for number of kids meals needed too, because your last picture is just what adult meals they want, not how many kids meals they want/need.
