Hi ladies,
So, FH and I will be doing our tasting in November. I have to get some selections to the caterer by the first week of October and so far the only thing we know we want is red wine braised (boneless) short ribs. I need some suggestions for a delicious chicken dish (post pics if you like). I know we can do the herb-roasted chicken or whatever, but was hoping to stumble onto something deliciously unique.
