I wouldn't. Just the smell of fish makes me sick. But chicken & beef are good Smiley smile

I know tons of people who will not eat fish! I don't eat it. I hate the smell of it and the texture!

Beef is good, but you're only supposed to have it a couple times a week and most places do very little with beef unless there's a bit of an up charge, the roast beef I don't count. If its a lunch meat I consider it too casual.

Chicken, everyone eats it, and they usually have a few dishes to choose and it's okay to eat every day of the week.

I love seafood, so I would :-) We didn't have chicken, but probably about 30% of our guests chose fish for the entree.

    I love fish and seafood!

We did a buffet, for my daughters wedding, and offered Chicken, Pork and Salmon.

I will say that, in a large setting, fish can be tricky, as it can either be overcooked, or arrive cold.

Wow 30% at our venue the fish selections are the higher priced food which I find weird I'm looking at flounder stuffed with crab meat as my fish option or flounder francais

Bit don't feel obligated to offer fish. I would happily have beef or chicken if fish was not available :-)

We also had other seafood items like Maryland crab cake and they were all gone.

I'm a fish eater, however I don't have too many friends that are. You could skip the fish because you'll have the other two options.

I would not offer fish. You have to cook it just right and be able to serve it fresh not heated up. The allergies to fish would make me say nope.

I am picky when it comes to my seafood and how it is cooked... I wouldn't pick fish, and some people are deathly allergic to seafood.

I would stick with the traditional chicken or beef if you are having a sit down dinner.

People are also allergic to peanuts, tree nuts, milk and eggs. Traces of dairy are usually found in chicken.

Think we are leaning toward only offering chicken or beef option which seems super weird to not have a third option

I do, if it's fresh, well-prepared fish! Btw, most people who are allergic to seafood are NOT allergic to fish because they're totally different classes of animals. Honestly, you know your guests' diets better than we do. I'll have a vegetarian option because many of my friends don't eat meat for religious/health reasons, but you may not need to do that. I also really hate beef, so I wouldn't dream of offering it because the smell sometimes makes me sick. Up to you!

We offered sea bass, steak and veggie. 32/100 picked the sea bass, 56 steaks and 12 veggie plates. It depends on the fish. A lot of people won't eat salmon.
