ETA: Erm, I'm tired. For some reason I short circuited and thought "North/Clybourn" for River North. How about Cafe Iberico? Tapas might be fun, and it's a big space.

I think my sister had hers at Carmines ... I'm from Buffalo and it was a few years ago but I remember it being really nice!

Geez why so many people at the RD?

Ditka's, Harry Caray's, River Roast, Gibson's, Quartino (my personal favorite). We went to a really nice rehearsal dinner at Topo Gigio in Old Town too.

Maybe check out Zed 451. Brazilian steakhouse with a rooftop patio. Almost had my wedding there, but it was a touch too small. Would be perfect for 75 people, though.

Lagunita's Brewery also has a really awesome space.

Thank you for these places! We are going to look into them. Has anyone been to Spiaggia? Looking there this weekend.

What's your budget and level of formality for the RD?

Wow I live right in river north, but most of what i was going to suggest was already said. There is this delicious place called RPM Italian. Good luck!
