Hello all,

I’m sure this has been asked before, but I couldn’t find any recent forums.

My FH and I do NOT {typically} eat cake, and are planning to do a cheesecake. However, both venue options are outdoors. Our wedding is in August in Eastern NC (where it’s hot and humid). Does anyone have any ideas on how to store the cheesecake during ceremony/beginning of reception?

I’m open to all opinions and ideas. And I’m not sure if this matters but our guest list has approximately 400 people on it.

Thanks in advance.

You could always have the tiers able to be put together once you remove them from the cooler. That would make it a lot easier! I have a really nice round cake container that I use to take cakes to events (yay for being gluten free and having to make basically everything myself). You could possibly use something like it for each tier for easy stacking!

Here’s the link to a similar container: Sterilite ST**** B0000CF8Q6, 1 pack, White https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000CF8Q6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_jqnsDb7R2TXNT

I so feel the gluten thing, my youngest brother has celiac disease, and cooking with/for him is a painnnnn, i’m so sorry you have to experience that as well.

You've actually suggested a great idea, I think i’m going to put it to use! PS, thanks for the link ❤️❤️❤️
