I am doing a cheesecake bar with Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake purchased from Sam's Club. They come in your standard size cheesecake that you would get in their restaurant. My question is, should I serve a whole slice of cheesecake or should I cut them in half and serve them? I'm not concerned about cost, but I also don't want to have a lot left over or a lot thrown out because they are big pieces. If you have ever eaten these cheesecakes I am specifically looking for your suggestions. Seems like a silly question, but I am struggling with it for some reason.
