Cheesecake Bar Question

I am doing a cheesecake bar with Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake purchased from Sam's Club. They come in your standard size cheesecake that you would get in their restaurant. My question is, should I serve a whole slice of cheesecake or should I cut them in half and serve them? I'm not concerned about cost, but I also don't want to have a lot left over or a lot thrown out because they are big pieces. If you have ever eaten these cheesecakes I am specifically looking for your suggestions. Seems like a silly question, but I am struggling with it for some reason.

    I would cut them in half. I haven't eaten them, but I imagine a lot of people might want to eat some cheesecake but not a whole slice. Also, they can try more toppings that way (2 different toppings but still only 1 slice's worth, if that makes sense.)

    Also, now I want cheesecake.

    Definitely cut them in half and make sure they stay cold.

    I'm with Laura on this- if there are multiple flavors or toppings, I'm going to want to try several. So if the pieces are smaller, I can do that more easily.

    We did the Costco cheesecakes. I think each slice was about an inch wide at the big end, it was a good size. I wouldn't go much bigger. It went over really well.

    I would cut them in half, especially if you are having multiple dessert options!

    Are you having wedding cake to if so then Yes in half people will also go up for seconds.

    I love this idea. Might have to do a cheesecake bar with a small sheet cake in back for those that want cake. =)
