hi all! im new to ct and looking for a cheap rustic venue (barn, lodge, etc) that just rents the space and allows you to bring in your own caterer and vendors. please include prices if you know them. thanks!!

Hi! Holcomb Farm in Granby was very reasonable (as far as renting the venue itself) and was one of the venues we were considering!

No problem! I almost found it "too late" because I had my heart set on Wood Acres just from the pictures. By the time I came across Holcomb Farms, I already had scheduled a visit to Wood Acres and didn't want to do anything until I saw it in person. That being said, we would have absolutely gone with Holcomb Farms in heartbeat otherwise!
