Cheap places to buy invitations w/ rsvp cards?

ShaTerra, on May 6, 2011 at 8:58 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 19

I just cant find myself spending $200 on an invitation set of 100 and while I'm crafty, I'm not sure I want to make my own either. So does anyone know where I can get some for cheap offline or in stores that will be printed the way I like?

With vistaprint you can save your own design and upload it.

You can take one of their designs and add to it (I added the butterfly) or start with a white card and upload a bunch of clip art (2nd example)

You can do the 100 free postcards for RSVP cards. You only pay shipping, so it is $7 for 100 rsvp cards. and if you get envelopes and matching return labels, the bill goes to $12.

check this out to some tricks and tips to vistaprint and the link to free postcards

    https://www.weddingwire.com/wedding-forums/ideas-for-free-vistaprint-items/2abf6902970b601e.html

With the invite, you would need a 2nd link to get a different deal. http://e.vistaprint.com/a/hBNup4DAZdBOAB8aqBFM8j0G1Gf/vph30 50% off custom invites. 100= $48.15

So do 2 orders. =$60. That is how to get the best deal. Let me know if you need help.

I got two 50 packs of Wilton's brand invites and RSVP cards at ACMoore for 15 each Smiley smile they were actually 25 each but we brought in Michaels competitor coupons Smiley winking

they're super pretty too, with a pressed lavender wrap, and then a ribbon around it. Came with envelopes as well, and test printout papers, and it comes with templates and stuff on wilton's site Smiley smile

Www.123print.com quality is amazing and price is even better. If I hadn't of figured out how to print mine, I would have purchased from there.

I bought 3 invitations kits from Michael's for $20 each with 50% off coupons. Each kit included 30 invitations, envelopes, 30 RSVP cards, envelopes, 30 thank you cards and envelopes. Pretty good deal, too!

Weddingpaperdivas.com if you want them printed for you. Target and Michaels have really nice ones if you want to print them yourself and save money.

I got mine that needed to be printed. They are Wilton invitations, and were $5.00 a box of 25 sets at Ollies.

I got 120 invites for $78 at Michaels bc I had a 40% off coupon... I used the coupon on each box. I did them myself and they looked incredible, people thought i spent atleast $3 on each of them. The kits included the envelope for the invite and a RSVP card as well as an envelope for that. Also.... my postage was REGULAR charge for the entire invite... so I spent 41 cents on each RSVP card and then another 41 on the outside of the invitation. I picked a classic look so I used gray print which saves on ink. I spent just under $200 for all the invites, all postage, clear labels for each invitation and RSVP envelope and one extra ink cartidge (just in case)....

These pics are horrible bc my phone is so crappy but you get the idea

Its the Brides.com edition I think... its very nice...pay attention to the back of the kits bc it will tell you which kits will require more postage. Good Luck Smiley laugh

FYI - you can get the coupons online at the website.
