I’m trying to find acrylic or Polypropylene black charger plates for cheap. Rent and/or buy. Any ideas?

You can purchase charger plates from Dollar tree and spray paint them. I think their was a bride on here that did that. Just be sure you add a clear coat

We bought ours at the Dollar Store, then sold them for $0.50 a charger after to another bride.

That's totally understandable! You could reach out to some local event rental companies from the WeddingWire vendor directory to see if this is something they have available - Wedding Rentals.
