I am in need of someone to put about 200 chair covers and sashes on for my reception. What do you think a reasonable price would be to pay someone?

That takes a couple of hours. Decorators can set up most of your wedding, but usually don't charge less than $100 an hour. For your size wedding, there should be a team of two unless this person arrives extra early to set up. Sashes take time and 200 of both should be compensated for. If they are willing to take a discount, offer them to stay for cocktails and food at cocktail hour only - so you don't have to pay for their plate. The venue won't notice.
