Ceremony time same as hotel check in time

I'm not sure how this is going is going to work out but our ceremony time is 3pm, the same time guests can check in to their hotel rooms. The hotel is 20 minutes away from ceremony site. Ceremony will be about 1 hour and then the reception is at 5pm about 20 minutes away and the hotel to the reception site is 11 minutes away.

    If I were an out of town guest, I would probably arrive at your ceremony venue first, then go check into the hotel afterwards, during the gap between ceremony and reception. Is this what you're looking for?

    If I was flying in, and didn't have a car, I would probably request early check in from the hotel, so that I could check in, drop my luggage and then get to the ceremony.

    Does your hotel offer luggage storage if rooms aren't ready? I'm not sure how many out of town guests you're expecting, but I do that fairly often on trips (fly in early, drop suitcase, go sightseeing, check in later)
