Ceremony set up?

Brittany, on June 10, 2019 at 6:23 PM Posted in Wedding Ceremony 0 5
Hey ladies! We are having our ceremony inside. Our venue has these gorgeous large windows. I have been stalking the "location" of our wedding on IG to see other weddings, and found a couple that had a gorgeous wedding recently. They set up their ceremony with a "stage" and everything and it looked absolutely amazing (I love the stage, and I love the floral setup). I would LOVE to do something like this but I'm not sure where to start. Is this something that an event designer does? Should I reach out to the event designer that did this? look at wedding rental places? We already have our florist, so we don't necessarily need the flowers and such. It also looked like they repurposed the flowers in the ceremony for the reception centerpieces. I'm trying to figure out the best vendor to contact for this. Thanks so much! Photos below.

You could reach out to the venue to ask how the couple went about doing it! Or, reach out to you DOC or WP just to see if they have any ideas

I would reach out to the venue first because they might be able to direct you to the rental company that provided the stage (assuming it’s not something they have and can rent out to you). That’s a beautiful view! Happy planning!

The venue will give you the information if they have it or could probably recommend a vendor to help you. Good luck

Agree to ask the venue first— they may be able to give you that specific vendor info.
Otherwise, an ‘Event Rental Company’ May be what you need to look for

I'd ask the venue and then go from there. They may have been the ones to set it up!
