Ceremony script that mention children

Anyone out there have ceremony scripts that they can share that include wording of your children.

My FH and I share our two children ages 6 and 3 and would like to mention them in the script but not participate as our 3 year old probably won't be up for it.

Have you spoken with your officiant? He/she may be able to recommend some ceremony scripts that include children. I’m sure they would be happy to help out
