If I knew of a reliable source and wouldn’t have to pay a fortune for it, would do it in a heartbeat as it fits all of my desires (natural, elegant, pretty, unique, compostable or recyclable). Sadly, buying that much would take way to much of my decorating/flower budget

I would suggest not. A lot of people are super allergic to pampas grass.
