Ceremony and reception different days!

I'm doing the same thing! Next year will be at the same venue and we'll do a vow renewal and big reception

We are getting married this June and vow renewal next June. We don’t want to wait a whole year to get married when we have so much planned to start our lives together.

We are finding that this is a very common trend this year! A lot of couples are getting married now and planning a larger reception for later this year, or even next!

Yes we decided to push our wedding ceremony back only 3 months to September of this year. We are planning to have the big reception 1 year from our original date in June. Our church will do a vow renewal as well at the venue for us. It was so important for us to be married this year. We didn’t want this virus to put our lives on hold more than it already has. I’m hoping everyone finds comfortable in their decisions. These are difficult times when it should be happy. Everyone should have their day they planned for. Best wishes to all the brides this year!!
