Centerpiece rentals...HELP!

Kim, on September 4, 2014 at 8:43 AM Posted in Planning 0 8

I am completely stuck on what to do for my centerpieces and I have tried a few ideas but they are not coming out how I would like them.. I've thought about renting centerpieces but I need advice on places or where I can find completed centerpieces for cheap or available to rent..I'm near Rochester ny! Thank you! Everything helps Smiley smile

What kind of a centerpiece are you trying to rent?

I'm thinking vases with candles maybe some bling on them. Would be awesome if I could find a royal blue and silver centerpiece. Not extremely picky with what it is just those colors. I know I do not want birdcages.. Or anything I have to add flowers to

I honestly think it may be cheaper to buy the vases. We bought all of our vases at Michaels with 20% coupons and spent less than $100 for 20 vases. You can also buy a roll of the bling and glue it onto the vase itself. As for the blue, you can get blue gems for the bottom of each vase.

I'm on the same boat as you. I'm having my engagement party on october 11, 2014 and I have no idea what to do for centerpieces. It's stressing me out.

If you're looking for something inexpensive, try getting a few vases, floating candles and baby's breath. Fill the vases with water, submerge baby's breath and float the candle on top. Some $1 stores carry vases and you can get super cheap baby's breath at a Produce Junction or farmer's market.

Dollartree has 9" cylinder vases if you're looking for a taller vase, but they carry them off an on.

Did you try googling "party rentals in Rochester, NY"? I found a couple in my area by doing that.

Check craigslist for "wedding center pieces" and look at the dollar. You'd amazed at what you can find.
