Celebration of Marriage invitation wording

Michelle, on January 31, 2017 at 11:59 PM Posted in Etiquette and Advice 0 6

I am having a Celebration of Marriage, and am trying to figure out proper wording on the invite. Keep in mind, everyone we're inviting already knows we're married.

Right now, I have:

Her Name & His Name

invite you to join them to celebrate their

Wedding

[Date and time]

[Location]

I'm thinking maybe I should change "Wedding" to "Marriage"? What would be proper there?
