Catholic Wedding Without a Mass?

My FH and I are both Catholic and we will be marrying in a Catholic church. My FH does not want to have a full mass and I would prefer not to do a full mass also. Has anyone been to a Catholic wedding where only the Rite of Marriage is celebrated and not the full nuptial mass?

I'm Catholic and FH is not so I opted for just the ceremony. I didn't want him to feel uncomfortable with the full mass. We were told about 45 mins tops. Can't wait to discuss this with my priest.

I just went to a Catholic ceremony this past December and it was only about 20 min. long. It has everything with vows and exchange of rings...some also put in a unity candle but depends on the church.

Wow I didn't know it was possible to just do a Catholic marriage rite without the mass. My parents are Catholic but my fiance is not. I didn't want to do a full hour long mass so we opted to do it at a different venue instead. My parents aren't too happy about this but if I had known that you could just do a Catholic marriage rite without the mass for 20-30 minutes...I might have been more keen about getting married in a church.

Does anyone have the marriage rite that they could just send to me? Maybe I can have our officiant perform the marriage rite? He's a nondenomenational priest but I was thinking it might still be nice to have some of the Catholic jargon for my parents. Is that possible?
