Cathedral Veil during reception

I plan on removing my veil after the first dance! I definitely don't plan to wear it all night. Some people remove it immediately after the ceremony, or after the reception grand entrance, or even wear it all night. It's totally personal preference!

I have a cathedral veil as well (hello, gorgeous veil pictures! 🤩), and I plan to remove it after the wedding. I couldn’t imagine trying to lug it around all night.

Agree with Lisa, totally your preference! For me, I had cathedral length veil and removed it after the ceremony. I had a white orchid on the side of my head, so just had that for reception. 🌸 for me, my veil would’ve been too hard to move around and distracting at reception. ❤️

I took off my veil right after the ceremony. I've never seen a bride wear her veil during the reception before, but if this is what you want and if you practice with it, I'm sure if can be done. I would recommend removing it after the ceremony though so you can move freely and have peace of mind!

Agreed with Hanna, wearing a veil during the reception isn't very common. I plan to take mine off after the ceremony. I couldn't imagine carrying it around all night!

I also have a cathedral veil for the ceremony and will leave i on for pictures but then remove it before we dace. I am so clumsy.... cant take any chances hahah
