Prices vary a lot from place to place, where are you from? Brides from your area will be much more helpful!!!

Our wedding is small enough that we are paying $100 per head taxes and fees (of course $$&dollarSmiley winking and decided to pay on consumption. We did the math with OVER estimating drinks hoping that we stay under $2k. We are also doing a day wedding, also hoping that helps.

    BTW, Westchester County, NY

Unfortunately, we had to go with different people for each.

We're doing a food truck since banquet is not our style. For 160 people its going to cost us $1,400. This is not including cake or a bar.

Our bartender costs $350 and this includes a corking fee. (we have to provide the drinks she will serve)

As for a cake, we've decided we will have a smaller cake for just my Fiance and I . Everyone else will have regular sized cupcakes in the same flavor as the cake.

We are paying $90 a head, with open beer and wine and 2 signature drinks. However its also all included in our venue package but when doing the math that is what it comes too and I am South of Boston. Our venue is at Gillette Stadium. (not on the field lol)

Our wedding is in a small southern town. Food- 38pp Open bar- 12 pp, so it's 50pp all together. That's with 150 people.

$115 thousand dollars per person? That makes even less sense. Are you calculating this in a foreign currency?

I think she put commas between her options. $115, $139, or $160 per person.
