Catering

We are getting married June 6 2020 in a remodeled fancy barn. We are doing a formal wedding with buffet style dinner. Here is our menu:

Cocktail hour: assorted cheeses, pulled pork sliders and buffalo chicken dip with tortilla chips.

Dinner: 2 types of salad (wedge and caprese), two types of mac & cheese ( 4 cheese and BBQ-chicken bacon and bbq sauce drizzle), baked potatoes with all the toppings to add, beef brisket, pork loin and mini corn muffins with cinnamon butter.

Dessert: a small homemade cake to cut, donuts from our favorite donut shop.

We will also be having an open bar.

If it’s Beauty & the Beast you could try to mimic the dishes in the Be Our Guest song! Half of them don’t even really exist anyway(like what the heck is the grey stuff?) you could find a caterer with a fun imagination to give you their interpretation of the dishes. It all looks like things you could incorporate as appetizers, then just pick yummy dinner food for the rest.
And I hope you’ll have that cake too!

View Quoted Comment Thank you. I am doing the rose domes as the center pieces on each table, with LED lights inside each one. There will be rose peddles around the center pieces as well. Instead of table numbers I am naming each table after a character from the movie. On all the other tables there will be tea cups, old books, figurines of some of the characters and little things like that. I am currently searching for a ball gown wedding dress with gold throughout. My color scheme is navy and gold. And so many more details haha.
