Catering on a budget

Trying to find catering ideas that don't cost an arm and a leg, but is still something everyone will enjoy, GC is about 100 people, any suggestions??

    You could do a buffet and I think/heard that a buffet is cheaper than doing a plated meal. I think the price will also be determined on what types of food that you are having. Do your research. Good luck

    An economical choice is drop- off catering from local restaurants. More likely than not, the food is enjoyed by many in your circle. You'll need to hire chafing dishes to keep food warm, and servers for buffet line and clearing, and a porter to dispose of trash. Rental companies will pick up your dirty dishes as is. Price per person for 100 guests and compare caterers. Good luck.

    We are going to cater from olive garden simple and it saved us six thousand bucks. Everyone loves the olive garden right? We will have fried chicken too.
