Catering Help!

Cheapest would be a local bbq, Italian, or Mexican restaurant.

What style of serving would you like( self serve, buffet, family, serving, stations) and what foods do you both enjoy? That should help narrow the search. I cheated, had 6 aunts that thought themselves a better cook do sides( all on their own idea trying to one up) , and brother smoked some salmon planks and ribs in a small electric smoker he has the morning of( we bought the food) and I was a lunchlady so my wonderful former coworkers prepared the grazing table and apps as a surprise.

I have a friend who does catering for his food truck (Ted's Farm BBQ) and his new upcoming restaurant/bar (Smoking Beauty) in Austin. He has land out in Smithville and knows the area well. You should reach out to him- he's affordable and great to work with!
