Caterer help!

Have you done a tasting for either one? Are they two different styles and you prefer one over the other? Personally if they're both good choices, I would absolutely choose the one that's 5-6k less. That's a huge difference and you could use that money towards other things.

We did a tasting with both and the food was amazing with both vendors. The food was pretty similar, since we picked similar menu items. There was nothing that stood out with one vs. the other. However the smaller one offers a deal where if you go with them for catering they offer a day-of coordinator (solely dedicated to you, only) for $750 vs paying around 1k for one in this area.

Three words: GO FOR IT!!! (meaning the smaller company)

I would always vote to support small businesses, whenever possible.

I would go with the one that tastes better, has more with the price, and is food that matches your style and venue. Also if one is out of your budget than don’t choose it. Happy wedding!
