Finalizing the menu with our caterer this weekend. We are going a buffet with a carving station and are not sure what type of meat to go with . We get to choose one of the following: prime rib, filet or strip . I am torn between which to choose. The proposal from the caterer does not go into much detail about each one just says that the one we choose will include all the accompliments. We have already chosen our chicken, fish and vegetarian options. Which of the 3 cuts would you rather have ?
I personally love a good filet, but I think a strip is more favorable to people. I would do some research and see what the more popular option is. Maybe ask a few of your guests that you are close with what they like best.
