Can't stop eating! Post wedding binge...

Hello ladies! So my wedding was about 2 weeks ago. I was on a fairly strict diet leading up to the wedding. Afterwards, I let myself (deservedly) eat whatever I wanted, but now I can't stop eating! I don't want to go back on a super strict diet, but I need to stop eating pizza! Anyone else with me? Coming back to reality is hard. :-P

    Haha I haven't had my wedding yet and I can't stop eating. I go through phases every other week or so where one day a week I just can't stop. Today is that day. Pizza is my weakness! Sorry, I'm no help!

    Hey there date twin!! I'm in the exact same boat. It's horrible. I was so super strict and cut everything out, and now for the past 2 weeks I feel like I have been binging on food. Ugh.... It's horrible. I don't know what feels worse, my poor stomach or me from feeling guilty for not eating super clean. Monday.... Monday I'm telling myself I'll go back to super clean and healthy again...... But I feel your pain sister....

    .......although, am back on diet track cos I'm loving looking youthful and hubby's SO crushing on me Smiley smile

    Yeeeeeeeeessssssss!!! I have been binge eating for about a month now. I kinda had a checklist of all the things I couldn't wait to eat that I hadn't allowed myself to eat before the wedding. Some of the things on my list included, burger WITH bun, pancakes, and a donut. I have had all except the donut! I will start working out soon....ishSmiley smile

    LOL! I know what you mean. I would really suggest you eat a strict diet during the week and excise regularly. Have a cheat day every week so you can binge as much as you want!

    Hi date twin. I'm right there with you. I was doing so good but it's been down hill since the rehearsal dinner. I'll get back on track after the 4th. Lol

    Yes! I'm a lifetime member of WW but got married on 6/12 and have been eating since. I weighed in yesterday for the first time since before our wedding and I gained 7 pounds. Ugh! Need to get back on track and lose it because we are TTC and I hear it helps to be at a good weight plus just good for overall health. why does food taste so good?

    I could never give up pizza. Maybe limit the # of slices you have? I'd say eat the same foods but work on controlling your portions. And of course, exercise!

    Omg, yeah I have eaten so much bread and pasta I'm afraid to weigh myself. I'm going to go back to exercising this week and give it a bit before I do, but god how I missed food.
