Have you tried googling where you can get it done? I’ve never heard of a Caribbean cake so I’m not going to be much use, sorry!

Are you talking about a black cake? And where do you live ? As stated before I would try to Google it. Or maybe a family member could make it.

Are you talking about Guyanese black cake? You'll need to find a Caribbean baker.

Black cake isn’t only from one country. If you are talking about black cake or carrot cake, those are def found in West Indian shops and bakeries in the states. You will have to tell us whereabouts you are located and what flavor cake you are looking for. There are plenty of Caribbean bakeries in NYC. I remember having black cake with the icing and pearls at many weddings there lol.

I live in NY and we're having a black cake for my FH's grooms cake. I would search FB to see if there's someone who does it. We're getting ours from a local Guyanese family friend where we live.

Have you tried supporting small local business's and gone with someone personal? A bakery is not doing our cake. We are going with a person who does it out of her home who comes highly recommended... Sometimes the independent ones are the ones willing to go the extra mile at a lower cost.

Have you posted on the local Florida board? Where in Florida are you? You are in Florida. The Caribbean population is Huge, there has to be several places/people that could do it for you. You may just need to go into a Caribbean restaurant and ask for recommendations

Five Star Jamaican Bakery in Miramar

Fancy Loaf Caribbean Bakery in Miami

    Caribbean Sunshine Bakery in Orlando
