Can’t afford anything?

Hey y’all..
This may be very off topic from what’s normally posted on this site but I figured I’d give it a shot.
FH and I are really struggling with the post marriage living situation. We are still young so our credit isn’t good enough to get a loan for a house and we’re barely making enough to pay for more than our bills each week so rent will be hard to add on top of that. FH has been looking for a new job since obtaining his certifications but he hasn’t had any luck. I never went to college so I don’t have skills in anything so getting a new job has proven difficult. We’ve discussed living with our parents for a while but neither of us get along with each other’s parents enough so we’re trying to avoid that situation. Anyone have any advice for how to handle this?
