Cannon Beach Wedding

Welcome to the WeddingWire community, Annabeth! Oh I am so jealous!! I've always wanted to visit Cannon Beach and you're getting married there! So fun! How many guests are you having for your wedding?

We just got engaged and are planning on marrying there in August of 2020. I'd love to hear how your planning is going!

We want to get married along the Oregon coast but trying to find that venue that will host both ceremony n reception that isn’t crazy expensive is a real struggle. We haven’t set an exact date yet so I’m taking my time looking at venues! Hows your planning going ? I really love cannon beach tho it’s so beautiful there.

View Quoted Comment Hey Mandy! How many people are you thinking? We did ceremony on beach and reception at chamber of commerce. You could do both there you would just need time to then set up tables for reception if doing dinner.

We’re thinking maybe 50 guests. We want to be able to decorate the reception area. We were thinking a September/October wedding but we wouldn’t be able to have it on the sand that time of year so we need a venue that can do both and isn’t crazy expensive

View Quoted Comment The chamber of commerce will cost about $1200 and we did a lot of decorating. It just depends if you will need to rearrange anything after ceremony for reception. If you did early September I imagine you could still do ceremony outside. Weather Is just so unpredictable. If you go on Pinterest and look up cannon beach wedding you will find other girls who did theirs at the chamber of commerce also if you call the chamber they will tell you all the info needed to rent the space.
