Canceling Vendor Contract

This is what I used when I cancelled my DJ. I think this would help you, changing some words of course lol.

Have you secured a new HMUA that you are comfortable working with? I would not cancel any contract before you do so.

I would make sure you reread the contract you signed before writing anything to make sure you know any and all stipulations of canceling and then I would call them first - out of courtsey to speak to them on the phone since she already went through the trouble of your HMU trial. And then send an email to have the cancellation in writing.

I do have another HMUA lined up and I know that cancellation at this point would forfeit the entire cost of the contract. I spoke with her at length after the trial about my disappointment in how it went and the quality of the work. While she offered a second trial I just don’t have confidence that it will go any better and I don’t want the tension the day of my wedding. So I’m looking to cancel the second trial and the contract.
