Can you negotiate on Etsy?

I own an Easy shop, too. You can ask if the seller is offering discounts, especially for big orders, but I agree with a few others here- don't try to negotiate with them. A lot of them are put off by that.

I asked if there might be any discounts on a large shipping order and they gave me a free shipping code. I would at least ask if they have any discount codes currently available.

I got a tiny discount on my decor order - I picked up locally because the vendor was located several miles from me, so created a custom order for me sans shipping charges and she just charged me a slightly lower round number.

Mna- I would NEVER tell someone I could get it cheaper elsewhere. I didn't even imply that... that's just flat-out rude, and I was raised better than that.
