I tried on this dress at a local shop but they have their designer dresses coded and won't let me know the designer until I pay a non-refundable deposit! I was so disappointed with their lack of customer service throughout the appointment that I would like to find another retailer who carries it. Looks like Enzoani but I'm not able to find this exact dress. It is a modified a-line, with lace appliques, a few soft inverted pleats in the skirt, covered buttons down back, pleated cross-over soft sweetheart strapless neckline with no "bling" or belt.
