Can I Borrow $5?

A woman came home from work late, tired and irritated, to find her 5-year old son waiting for her

at the door.

SON: 'Mummy, may I ask you a question?'

SON: 'I just want to know. Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

MUM: 'If you must know, I make $20 an hour.'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied, with his head down.

Aww this made me cry! this is a touching story, I hope that when I have kids, I can spend as much time with them as possible, just like my mom did with me.

This was very touching..and its' true that we take so many things for granted..but are only left with regrets when something is taken away from us..I always tell myself the same thing and try not to make work my first priority in life..thanks for sharing a great story.

Very touching. Once upon a time, I would have been very stressed and angry from a long day too. Good thing I don't have kids yet!
