Can a Veil be styled into a cape

I know most capes are secures via brooches to the straps or back of a dress. If you get a clip in veil you could hide the clip in your dress back and have brooches pin it in place

This first one clips in the hair and has a cape look, you could do something like this. I think this is a very pretty mix of veil and cape.

All of the ones I've seen that are convertible look like this... I'm not sure how you feel about the veil being more like a cap. They all have pretty bad reviews.
