Camp Wedding Ideas

We’re planning to get married at a group campsite off a reservoir with mountain views, so I know what you mean about not blocking or detracting from the scenery, which is the reason for the location to begin with! I’m still contemplating a small arch, but I’m leaning toward just using logs, lanterns, candles, and maybe some greenery. If we decide on an arch I’ll just do something simple because I don’t want it to detract from the beauty of the space. Something like this put without the fabric maybe.

I think some candles (real or artificial) would be a pretty touch for your ceremony!

I think your wedding sounds so beautiful! There are so many things that you could do to decorate and enhance the woods around you without taking away from its natural beauty. Have you checked out Pinterest? It’s an amazing resource for ideas and inspiration pictures, especially if you are interested in DIY. I searched ‘Campsite Wedding’ on Pinterest and have added some of my favorite images that I came across!
