I mean...what do you say if you don't want everyone coming to every part of the weekend? do you just leave it off?

Well, you don't publicly announce an event if you only want a select group of people there, if that's what you're asking. Where are you posting this "calendar"? The wedding website?

If you only want particular people at, say, brunch, then I would send those people an email inviting them and mention that you're "keeping it small" so that they don't blab about it to the uninvited.
