Me and my fiance are not getting an actual caterer (we are buying all the food/drinks) and will be having a "bar" type ceremony for the food -- we are having a slider burger bar, a fry bar, a soup/chili bar, and a s'mores bar. For drinks we will be having a hot chocolate bar and a hot tea bar (different types of tea like mint, eucalyptus, etc.), as well as apple cider, iced sweet tea, punch (possibly), soda, and ice water. Wedding will be in Nov 2020 hence all the warm foods and drinks haha.
We are estimating about 150 guests (that is including me, him, and all 14 members of our bridal party like the bridesmaids/MOH and groomsmen/BM lol) and honestly are struggling with trying to think about HOW MUCH we should get of everything. We have thought about putting on the RSVP for them to mark what they may or may not eat or drink but then there's a possibility that when they get there, maybe someone who said they'll drink ice water decides to drink soda instead or something along those lines, same with the food situation. Any tips on how I could calculate all this out?
